Etna Doc
Alta Mora Etna Bianco by Cusumano is produced exclusively from Carricante grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, resulting in a wine that is inherently volcanic and mineral in character. Part of the Alta Mora range, this wine is a true expression of its unique terroir: Alta refers to the high-altitude vineyards, situated between 600 and 800 metres above sea level, while Mora evokes the dark volcanic soil—the ancient lava rock on which the vines thrive and which imparts the wine's distinctive mineral character. Brilliant straw yellow with golden highlights. The nose is elegant and expressive, offering mineral and smoky notes intertwined with aromas of white orchard fruit, flint, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, and naturally mineral, leading to a long, savoury finish with remarkable persistence.
