Domaine Chevrot, located in Cheilly-lès-Maranges, is a family-owned estate with roots dating back to 1830. Today, brothers Pablo Chevrot and Vincent Chevrot, both trained oenologists, manage the estate’s 18 hectares of vineyards using a biodynamic approach that respects both the terroir and the environment. Their philosophy is centered on crafting wines that authentically express the character of the soil and climate of the region. Bright golden-yellow in color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and nectarine, complemented by subtle spicy notes and a delicate saline minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with vibrant acidity that balances the richness of the fruit. The finish is long and persistent, marked by citrus and mineral nuances.
