Busat Bianco was created by the Comai family with the ambition of producing a wine that truly reflects its place of origin: the northern shores of Lake Garda in Trentino, locally known as "La Busa." A blend of Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, and Sauvignon Blanc, it draws remarkable complexity from the unique character of each variety. Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau are aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve their freshness and purity, while the Sauvignon Blanc is matured for a few months in French oak barriques, adding depth and elegance. The result is a refined white wine of remarkable complexity, with a delicate palate balanced by vibrant freshness and a distinctive savoury minerality.
