Vinified from ancient clones of the now extinct Chiavennasca grape, aged in Tuscan amphorae. An authentic and pure expression of mountain Nebbiolo, handed down through generations. A wine that acts as a time machine, in a bygone Valtellina. Spontaneous fermentation in amphorae and bottle aging, minimal sulfites.
