The organic and biodynamic sparkling wine Sullerba from the 1701 winery is a bottle-fermented wine, produced using the so-called ancestral method. The Chardonnay grapes are grown on the morainic hills of Franciacorta, where they ripen with vibrant acidity and precise aromas. It is vinified in an original way using indigenous yeasts and terracotta amphorae. This is a distinctive sparkling wine, bottled on its own lees without filtration, which gives it a cloudy appearance; it has a dry and light taste.
