The 2017 Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is an intense and complex red wine made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and other native and non-native Valpolicella varieties. The grapes are air-dried for approximately 3-4 months before vinification, which gives the wine a greater concentration of aromas and flavors. The wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 7 years before bottling. On the palate, it offers notes of ripe red fruit, spice, chocolate, and tobacco. It is an elegant, structured wine with great depth, with a long and persistent finish.
