Marc Soyard employs a low-intervention, natural winemaking philosophy. The wine is made using native yeasts, undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, and is typically aged in a mix of used and sometimes a small percentage of new oak barrels (locally sourced) for an extended period (12 to 20 months, depending on the cuvée and vintage). Minimal to no sulfur is added during production.
