This vibrant 2017 Chablis "Tröesmes" produced by Le Domaine D'Henri is made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from the 1er cru vineyard of Beauroy. A white wine vinified partly in stainless steel and partly in wood, it expresses the mineral character of its terroir in the glass. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it is luminous in the glass. The nose offers sensations of spring flowers, aromatic herbs, citrus, and flint. The palate is taut and sharp, saline yet capable of highlighting excellent extract. Citrusy notes linger and a lightly toasted finish.
