Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged in large oak casks. No aggressive filtration. Appearance: Straw yellow with golden hues. Nose: Citrus, white peach, wildflowers and subtle mineral notes. Palate: Dry and structured, with lively acidity, balance and finesse. Long, harmonious finish.
