Giuseppe Rinaldi's Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is aged for 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. The winemaking process uses indigenous yeasts at naturally occurring temperatures and the rational use of sulfur dioxide. The grapes come from the estate's finest vineyards. It is a classy wine, with a tannic structure and a refined and subtle palate, with great aging potential. It displays a ruby ​​red color in the glass. On the nose, it releases a bouquet of floral notes, including roses and violets, including dried ones, and fruity notes, especially wild strawberries, raspberries, and cherry jam. Light spicy notes of cloves, black pepper, and nutmeg complement the aromas. It is extremely pleasant on the palate, with pleasant tannins and a good persistence.
