Clerico's Barolo Percristina, dedicated by Domenico to his daughter who passed away at a young age, is made from grapes grown in the Mosconi Cru in Monforte d'Alba and is produced only in the finest vintages, guaranteeing it is a top-of-the-line wine. A Barolo that ages for a long time, with meticulous care and attention: three years in barriques with constant tastings to select the finest and assemble them in 25hl barrels, where it ages for two years, followed by five years in bottle. Eight long years, and we can finally hold in our hands (if we're lucky enough to secure one of the only 3,000 bottles produced) a masterpiece. With an intense and enveloping aromatic profile, it offers aromas of blackberry, currant, and raspberry, complemented by leather, tobacco, cocoa, and spices. On the palate, it is powerful, intriguing, and vigorous.
