The Rosso Breg 2009 is produced using biodynamic methods, featuring fermentation in subterranean Georgian amphorae followed by extensive aging (5 years in large oak barrels and an additional 9 years in the bottle before release). This meticulous process results in a powerful, age-worthy wine. Tasting Notes:the wine offers a rich and intense taste. Aromas and flavors include notes of red fruits (blackberries, blueberries, dried plums, spirit cherries), spicy notes, a light scent of earth, rose petals, and hints of leather and burnt wood.
