Hubert Brochard's 2023 Sancerre Blanc AOC "Château de Fontaine Audon" is made from pure Sauvignon Blancs grown on exclusive silex soils, which impart an elegant minerality. Careful harvesting and temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel, followed by aging on the lees, preserve freshness and complexity. The bouquet releases vibrant citrus, exotic fruit, green apple, and notes of flint, while the palate is taut, savory, and refined.
