Valtellina

Sfursat is produced through the natural drying of the grapes, aided by the cool, dry winds of the Alps. The resulting wine is a unique Nebbiolo: rich and austere, but with the mineral and fresh characteristics typical of mountain wines. Medium-intense ruby ​​color; intense and complex on the nose, with notes of ripe red fruit and spices such as pepper and cinnamon. Dry on the palate, with notes of black fruit, and present and austere tannins. A full-bodied, persistent wine with hints of clove and licorice.
