Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 6 months of maceration on the skins in underground Georgian terracotta amphorae. Aging: Matured for 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels before bottling. Alcohol Content: 12.5%. Style: An intense, complex, and structured orange wine with a golden/amber hue. It is known for its purity, minerality, and saline finish. Tasting Notes: The bouquet includes notes of broom (ginestra), tropical fruit, dried fruit, Mediterranean aromatic herbs, and marine/iodine sensations. The palate is ample, rich, and well-balanced with a very long, sapid finish.
